Cairns Dive Centre offers learn-to-dive courses through all levels. Courses commence daily in their training facility, which includes an air-conditioned classroom and a heated, 4 metre deep training pool. The 5 and 6 day courses also include overnight accommodation on CDC's comfortable liveaboard vessel, the M.V. Kangaroo Explorer, on the Great Barrier Reef. Overnight passenger numbers are limited to 38 to ensure your comfort
The M.V. Kangaroo Explorer is a modern, 25 metre catamaran with 16 cabins (twin, double and 4-berth) each of which is fully air-conditioned, carpeted, has its own en-suite facilities and window. Cairns Dive Centre is an SSI training facility and run courses starting 363 days of the year, so they can accommodate you on any date suitable to you.
