THINGS TO DO
How could we cram all of the activities on offer in exciting Tropical North Queensland into one page? Well, obviously we couldn't.. any more than you could possibly cram them all into one holiday. Of course, you'll want to experience the Great Barrier Reef, but there's sooooo much more to do here than just snorkel and scubadive. There's rainforest to explore, world class fishing in our lakes and rivers, hot air ballooning, bungy jumping, white water rafting... Or maybe you're just out for a leisurely round of golf. No matter, I'll shut up and let you get on with it...
THE ENORMOUS RANGE OF ACTIVITIES ON THIS PAGE HAVE BEEN GROUPED TO MAKE IT EASIER FOR YOU TO PLAN, RESEARCH AND BOOK YOUR PERFECT VACATION. YOU CAN ALSO USE THE EXPRESS MENU TO THE LEFT TO GO DIRECTLY TO YOUR CHOSEN ACTIVITY.

DIVING AND SNORKELLING
This is what most of you come here for, and we don't blame you. The World Heritage listed Great Barrier Reef is arguably the largest living thing on the planet, and offers the best diving and snorkelling in the world. So come on in... the water's beautiful!

FAMILY ACTIVITIES
We know it's not always easy to find holiday activities that suit the whole family. That's why we've carefully stepped you through the whole range of family activities, so you can make your plans before you arrive. And don't panic, we won't break your budget.

ADVENTURE ACTIVITIES
White water rafting, four wheel driving, bungy jumping... the adrenaline is pumping already, isn't it? But there's so much on offer for the adventure seeker, that you won't possibly have time to do everything. But just how much excitement is enough?

FISHING
Phew! Tropical rivers teeming with fish, world record black marlin being caught every year off the reef, and massive barramundi in our inland lakes, how to make sure we give you everything you need to know? This was a challenging task, but we reckon we've done it.

SCENIC FLIGHTS AND BALLOONING
The hot air ballooning capital of Australia is just one hour inland from Cairns, on the lush Atherton Tablelands. And wow, once you've dived the reef, you'll be amazed when you see it from the air. It's the only way to truly appreciate the massive scale of the world's largest living thing.
